Oven Ready Pheasant
Our locally shot wild pheasant comes readily prepared for the oven. A lean and nutritious meat, pheasant has a sweet and earthy flavour and is perfect for roasting and braising. We recommend searing the pheasant first and then roasting in streaky bacon. Serve in a rich red wine, port and berry jus with maple glazed parsnips for an incredible treat!
