Beef Stir Fry Recipe


  • 400g stir fry beef strips
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 15g fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Small bunch of spring onions, sliced
  • Red pepper, deseeded & sliced

(Serves 2)


Marinate the beef strips ideally overnight in a sealable bag with the soy, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger & garlic. If you don’t have time for this, you can marinate for 20 minutes or while you prepare the other ingredients.

Get your wok nice and hot with a little oil.

Add the pepper & spring onions and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add the beef with marinade ingredients & stir for a further 2 minutes. Divide the stir fry between shallow bowls and serve with cooked noodles, rice or quinoa & some of your favourite stir fry veg or salad on the side!
