Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver using our own fleet of vans within the Dorset area. However if you live outside this area don’t worry, we can still deliver to you using Parcelforce.
How to order with us…
Select the products you wish to purchase along with the pack sizes and any extra detail you may wish to leave and then when your basket reaches £45, you can checkout. Ensure your billing address matches the cardholder address at the checkout page. Having agreed to the terms of our website you can proceed to the payment gateway where you have the option of paying by Paypal, Debit or Credit Card. Take care that your name appears the same as you have on your card. You can select a one-off purchase or you can choose to subscribe to one of our regular boxes. If you have selected a subscription box then please see further down the page for more detail.
How to redeem a coupon…
Select the products you wish to purchase and then enter the coupon code at the checkout stage. Please note that the minimum order has to be £45 after the coupon code has been applied.
For example in order to use a 15% discount code you purchase order value will need to be above £54. In order to use a 10% discount code you will need to spend a minimum of £50.
What are the delivery charges?
Our minimum order amount is £45 and so if you are struggling to checkout then please check that your order is over this value.
Orders to the Dorset area have free delivery.
Orders to areas outside of Dorset are charged at the flat rate of £5.95.
We may add delivery surcharges at certain times of the year. Any extra delivery cost will be shown at Checkout.
Which days can I get my delivery on?
You can choose a delvery date at checkout. All available dates are always shown.
We currently deliver in the Dorset Tuesday – Saturday.
We currently deliver outside of the Dorset area Tuesday – Friday.
Not going to be in? No need to worry, our special chill boxes will keep the produce fresh for up to 48 hours! We can deliver to a neighbour or secure location if you’re not going to be in.
How will my delivery arrive?
Local orders will be delivered by one of our friendly drivers. All other orders are delivered with Parcelforce by 6pm on the date of your delivery. You will be notified via SMS or email with your one-hour delivery slot, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery! Don’t worry if you won’t be in – we can arrange for your order to be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place.
Our postal deliveries are packaged in our special chill boxes to keep the produce fresh and safe. They are safely packaged in thermal insulated foil bags with ice packs, in one of our branded cardboard boxes. All packages can last for up to 48 hours to make sure that by the time you open your delivery it is still in perfect condition.
Collecting from the farm…
You can collect your pre-orders from our shop which is open on the following days;
Thursday 09:00 – 13:00
Friday 09:00 – 13:00
Saturday 09:00 – 15:00
For busy foodies, trying to balance work and family can be busy enough without having to find the time to shop! This is where our subscriptions come in. Simply select one of our subscription boxes of fresh local produce, choose one of our easy delivery options and know that your food will always be delivered to you, without the worry or stress of having to shop!
You can manage your own subscription completely. You can even skip a delivery if you are going on holiday or cancel your subscription easily if you no longer need it.
Cancellation / Returns policy
The Buyer may not cancel any order for Goods within 14 days of dispatch. If you do have to cancel your order then the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If, however, Jurassic Coast Meats Ltd starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the buyer before the buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods may have to be returned by the buyer to Jurassic Coast meats Ltd within the best before date or use by date on the product. The buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.
Any errors or omissions must be notified within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
