How to order with us…

Select the products you wish to purchase along with the pack sizes and any extra detail you may wish to leave and then when your basket reaches £40 you can checkout. It will then take you through to the payment gateway where you have the option of paying by Paypal, debit or credit card. You can select a one-off purchase or you can choose to subscribe to one of our regular boxes. If you have selected a subscription box then please see further down the page for more detail.

Free and easy delivery…

All deliveries are free of charge however we do have a minimum spend of £40. We currently deliver Wednesday – Friday, however if you are keen to have a Saturday morning delivery then please give us a ring (01305 853937) so that we can arrange this for you. Not going to be in? No need to worry, our special chill boxes will keep the produce fresh for up to 48 hours! We can deliver to a neighbour or secure location if you’re not going to be in.

How will my delivery arrive?

Both our postal deliveries and collection from the farm are all packaged in our special chill boxes to keep the produce fresh and safe. They are safely packaged in thermal insulated foil bags with ice packs, in one of our branded cardboard boxes. All packages can last for up to 48 hours to make sure that by the time you open your delivery it is still in perfect condition.

Postal delivery…

Local orders will be delivered by one of our friendly drivers. All other orders are delivered with DPD by 6pm on the date of your delivery. You will be notified via SMS or email with your one-hour delivery slot, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery! Don’t worry if you won’t be in – we can arrange for your order to be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place.

Collecting from the farm…

You are welcome to collect your pre-ordered fresh produce from the farm, from Wednesday to Friday between 11:00am and 13:00pm. Our address is Fossil Farm, Winfrith Newburgh, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8DB. In order for all our deliveries to go out on time each day we start at 3:30am so hence why we are unavailable to have collections in the afternoon!!!

Subscription orders…

For busy foodies, trying to balance work and family can be busy enough without having to find the time to shop! This is where our subscriptions come in. Simply select one of our boxes of fresh local produce, choose one of our easy delivery options and know that your food will always be delivered to you, without the worry or stress of having to shop!

You can manage your own subscription completely. If you want to add in a new product one week – go ahead! You can even skip a delivery if you are going on holiday or cancel your subscription easily if you no longer need it.

Where practically possible we will endeavour to rectify the problem by sending you replacement goods or we will offer a monetary discount off your next order. As a small company we cannot offer a cash refund on orders.
