Q: I've had an email that says my order is on hold?
Your order is in our system! The email was generated in error and your order is being processed.
Q Is the on-site Farm Shop still open?
The Farm Shop is currently closed as our efforts are focused on home deliveries.
Q: Can I still collect this from you?
DUE TO CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS: We have currently halted the pick up from the farm option.
Q: Can I add to my order after completing checkout?
Due to the high volume of orders we’re processing we are unable to add or change your order in any way – we suggest you pop these items on your next order.
Q: I’m having difficulty at the checkout – can you give me some advice?
Make sure you have:
- SELECTED a delivery date (click the date shown to see if other delivery dates are available)
- CHOSEN your payment method
- TICKED terms & conditions box
- CHECKED your card details match the billing address exactly
