The pork that we use in all our sausages is sourced from West End Farm in Wiltshire where the Naughton family have been farming for three generations. The pigs are reared outdoors in their natural environment to the highest welfare standards endorsed by RSPCA Freedom Foods accreditation.
Our expert butchers hand tie all our sausages from prime cuts of pork shoulder. We have a variety of flavoured sausages for you to choose from, so we hope that there is something to suit all tastes, from a Traditional Plain Pork Sausage to a Hot Spanish Style Sausage. We are also pleased to have teamed up with the Purbeck Cider Company to be able to offer you our Pork, Apple and Purbeck Cider sausages, which are not only delicious but also gluten free
