This Cheese is made traditionally at Ford Farm from the rich, creamy Milk of the local herds that graze the lush pastures of West Dorset. Dorset Red is matured for 3 months before it is cold-smoked over natural oak chips which gives it a distinctive mellow, smoky flavour. This award-winning Cheese is a subtly infused velvety delight.
