Description
Our Lamb is sourced and reared by Martin Atkinson from Holway farm, near Cattistock, Dorset. He is a fourth generation farmer and is passionate about rearing his animals to high welfare standards and is also passionate about caring for the countryside. The lambs are reared on the rolling lush pastures near Cattistock where they are finished naturally on grass.
Our expert butchers skilfully prepare the lambs and all the meat gets delivered vac packed with use by and freeze by dates on.
