Description
This Prime Rib of Beef roast hamper is all the ingredients for a perfect Sunday Roast. The joint is from our Grass fed Free Range Aberdeen Angus herd and has been dry aged for a minimum of 28 days before being expertly French trimmed and tied on the bone. We have then selected all the trimmings from the roast potatoes and goose fat to the Dorset sea salt which is part of the necessary seasoning required for the joint.
To complete the meal why not add some ‘Chesil Smokery’ smoked Salmon or select some of our local Cheese after adding this hamper to your basket.
