Christmas Fish
Our Christmas fish range includes hake, cod supreme, salmon fillet, smoked salmon, smoked haddock and peeled tiger prawns. We deliver it chilled from our Dorset farm shop.
As the sun rises, our local fishermen leave West Country ports in small boats to bring in our catch. On boats under 10m, our skippers use traditional methods like rod and line, trammel nets and hand line. These methods protect the sea bed. We only work with fishermen who care about sustainable fishing. They all comply with the Responsible Fishing Scheme and the Great Dorset Seafood Campaign. Fishing seasonally also helps preserve fish stocks for future generations.
