We hand pick our Christmas pork joints from our own Fossil Farm for the very best quality. Our seasonal range also includes pork belly stuffed with cranberry, orange and rosemary sausage meat. We bone and roll it for easy carving, and it is perfect for a slow roast.
For Boxing Day, choose a beautiful cooked ham. Our butchers expertly debone and cure it, then roast it with Christmas spices including cloves and cinnamon. Our expert butchers hand-prepare our Christmas pork cuts and joints. They score the fat for perfect crispy crackling every time!
