Our Christmas Trimmings include pigs in blankets and sausagemeat made from Fossil Farm pork, hand-prepared by our own butchers, the same pork you’ll find on our Christmas Pork page. Choose from a selection of stuffing flavours, Cranberry, Orange & Roast Chestnut, Wild Sage & Onion, Parsley, Thyme & Lemon, or Roasted Chestnut, so you can match your trimmings to your table.
Alongside these we’ve pulled together the pantry essentials that finish off a Christmas dinner: rich beef dripping and goose fat for the ultimate roast potatoes, a tangy horseradish sauce, and a cranberry, port & orange sauce for the turkey.
