Sides

You might like to get creative with your sides this bank holiday, but you also might prefer to let us do the hard work so you have more time to chill out in the sunshine with your family and friends! Here at Jurassic Coast Farm Shop, we offer pre-marinated meats in a variety of incredible flavours – all you need to do is cook and serve!
We also recommend these delicious sides that you might like to give a go!

Homemade Sunny Slaw
Simply mix together 3tbsp Mayonnaise and 1tbsp wholegrain mustard. Slice and throw in Cabbage, Carrots, Apple and Spring Onions. Sprinkle with raisins, mix up and serve!

Creamy Potato Salad
All you need to do is to cook your baby spuds and wait for them to cool. Place them in a bowl and season well. Add in finely slice spring onions, 2tbsp mayonnaise, 1tbsp salad cream and 1tbsp plain natural yoghurt. You might also like to add hard boiled eggs or bacon!

Puddings

For a real treat, why not try chocolate and marshmallow stuffed bananas? A simple but tasty pudding that all the family will love. Slice the banana down the centre, fill with chocolate and mini marsh mellows and wrap in an aluminium foil boat before placing on the grill until the chocolate and mellows have melted!
You could also create a delicious fruit salad, Eton mess or even a simple fresh fruit jelly to serve to your family and friends!

Whatever you chose to cook on your BBQ, make sure you cook all meats thoroughly, use the BBQ safely and most importantly have fun!
