Prawn Curry

Vary with whatever paste you have or choose – Red, Yellow or Green!  If you wish to pep this up a bit add some chopped chillis.


  • 400g Tiger Prawns
    150g Fine Green Beans – cut in half
    1 tbsp Curry Paste
    400ml Coconut Milk
    1tbsp Fish Sauce

(Serves 4)


Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan over a medium heat & gently saute the beans with the paste. Stir for 2 mins.

Add the prawns & empty in the can of coconut milk, together with the fish sauce.

Stir & simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with rice & wedges of lime.
